phase one: analysis the financials

Our team wants to get to know you and your business. Our Analysis has three parts: Validity score, Financial Analysis, and a Tax Assessment. We will do an in-depth accounting analysis of your accounting records and systems. You will also have a one-on-one call with one of our Fractional CFO’s to create a financial strategy that will take your company where YOU want it to go! Our Tax Strategist will review your last 2 years of tax returns and identify tax savings.

Once the analysis is complete we will move you to the next phase.

phase two: renovate

Now that you’ve committed to taking big steps towards your business goals, we engage our entire team to help you get there. Our Renovation Team will work on your financial records, optimizing your books to help you gain some clarity on your profitability. And since our entire team is skilled in accounting and financials, you’ll receive CFO level skills along the way. Consider this a clean slate for future business and growth.

During this phase we will also set you and your company up for tax strategy.

Whether or not you’ve got an internal accounting team, we help you stay on top of your financial goals. Our team of CFO’s are here to implement KPI dashboards, assist with ongoing goal setting, and implement proven processes backed by financials you feel great about.
