During her time as an Audit Manager in Big 4 Accounting, Emily made the decision to branch out and use her diverse and sought after skill set to make an impact in the personal finance and small business world. Now, she loves helping business owners optimize their cash flow, be more profitable & efficient through simple strategy and intentional structure.
Outside of Pivot, Emily leads the financial ministry at her local church and is a mom to 3 littles kids. She loves to spend time with her family, a good DIY project and finding new ways to enjoy all that life has to offer.

Before becoming a fractional CFO, she led budgeting, forecasting, and cash management for a Fortune 500 company and partnered with investor relations to prepare quarterly board and investor presentations. Earlier in her career, she worked in FP&A for a national real estate firm and began at PwC, where she earned her CPA and audited clients across multiple industries.
